Woman for Sale is a collaboration between Mirabelle Jones and Daisuke Okamoto which makes use of portraiture, illustration, and performance to draw attention to the issue of human trafficking. A series of 12 photographic prints, 2 posters, and an artists’ book, all proceeds from Woman For Sale will be donated to My Sister’s House, a shelter for victims of human trafficking in Sacramento, CA. This project debuted at The Hive Gallery in Los Angeles, CA and has since made appearances in numerous galleries around the country.
